This Policy describes what personal data the AFR app (the “App”) processes, why it is needed, and what rights you have.
Data controller: Seanation (“we”, “us”). Privacy contact: info@seanation.com.
AFR is an app for yacht festival participants: a live fleet map, boat tracking during races, results, event schedules, and participant communication. Location processing is the App's core feature — it does not function without it.

We do not collect data for advertising, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell personal data.
Data is not shared with any other third parties except where the law requires it.
Data is stored on servers operated for us in Germany (European Union). Account and profile data is kept while your account exists. Race tracks are kept as part of yacht festival history and results.
You can delete your account in the App yourself: “More” (Ещё) → “Delete account” (Удалить аккаунт). On deletion, personal data (name, contacts, photos) is deleted or anonymized; anonymized sporting records (race results, tracks with no link to your identity) may be retained as part of yacht festival history. You can also request deletion via the contact above. A full description of the procedure, of what is deleted and of what is retained is on the account deletion page.
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally have the GDPR rights, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to the contact listed at the top of this Policy.
The App is not intended for persons under 18.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this address; the effective date is shown above. We will notify you of material changes in the App.
