Child Safety Standards
AFR app (com.seanation.afr) · revision of 17 September 2026
This page describes how the AFR app and its developer, Seanation, prevent child sexual abuse
and exploitation (CSAE) and what happens to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) if it ever reaches
the app. It is published to meet Google Play's requirements for apps in the Social category.
1. Who may use the app
AFR is a companion app for adult participants of a sailing festival. The minimum age is
18 (Terms of Use). The app is not designed for
children, contains no child-directed content and is not marketed to minors. Every account is verified by an email code; there is no public feed and no anonymous posting —
all content is tied to a verified account.
2. Prohibited
Any material or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is prohibited,
including:
- posting, storing or forwarding child sexual abuse material in any form — photos, drawings
or text;
- sexualising minors, including in profile text;
- attempting to contact a minor (grooming), sextortion, or trafficking.
A violation leads to an immediate and permanent account ban.
3. How to report
- In the app: open the participant's profile → tap ⚐ →
«Пожаловаться организатору» (Report to the organizer) and state the reason.
You can also tap «Скрыть участника» (Hide participant) — they stop seeing
you and you stop seeing them. Reports reach the organizers immediately, even when the social
module is switched off for the festival.
- By email: info@seanation.com,
subject "Child safety". Any address will do; a link to the profile or a screenshot speeds up
the review.
4. What we do with a report
- Reports are triaged within 24 hours; reports concerning children take
priority.
- CSAE-related material is removed immediately, the offending account is banned on all
devices and its access to the festival is revoked.
- We preserve the data needed for a law-enforcement referral and report confirmed
CSAM to the competent authorities: the National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children (NCMEC, report.cybertip.org) and/or the
law-enforcement authorities of the country where the festival takes place and where the
offender is located, as applicable law requires.
- Every decision is written to the moderation audit log.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
5. Child safety point of contact
Contact for child-safety matters and law-enforcement requests:
info@seanation.com (Seanation). We reply within
2 business days; law-enforcement requests are handled with priority.
6. Compliance
We comply with applicable child-protection laws, including CSAM reporting obligations, and with
Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. This page and the
Privacy Policy are updated as the app changes; the current revision
is always available at this address.
